RANGE USE REQUEST

Thank you for your interest in requesting the use of our Rattlesnake Mountain Shooting Facilities. The Tri-Cities Shooting Association must approve all Rattlesnake Mountain Shooting Facilities Range Use Requests.

Ranges regularly scheduled to be open for public use or events currently scheduled on the TCSA Calendar will take priority over any later received Range Use Requests. Requests should be submitted at least 30 days prior to requested dates to allow time for processing. Requests submitted less than 30 days prior to the event may be denied.

The requestor is responsible for identifying the TCSA certified RSO’s, by name and membership #, that will be responsible in ensuring that TCSA Range safety procedures are followed. The requested Range(s) Discipline Lead is/are responsible for verifying the names and membership #s of currently qualified TCSA RSOs identified.

Individuals wanting to use TCSA Ranges to teach firearm safety classes need to download, fill out, submit and have a TCSA Firearm Safety Trainer Approval Request Form approved by the TCSA CRSO before submitting this Range Use Request

The event coordinator/sponsor/trainer is responsible for removal of all trash and is liable for all damages incurred during the requested event. At the completion of the event, the requested facilities/range(s) will be returned to their original setup layout and condition before the event.

Requester shall enter the information on the Range Use Request form (All fields are required to be completed).

Overnight Camping Requests

Overnight camping on the Rattlesnake Mountain Shooting Facility (RMSF) will only be allowed for those individuals participating in scheduled shooting matches or discipline related events. No other public recreational overnight camping is allowed on the RMSF.

Each camper will sign a TCSA Overnight Camping Agreement form indicating their concurrence to comply with the TCSA rules and submit the form to the event coordinator. The discipline event coordinator will keep the signed form until after the event is concluded, and a check with the other Disciplines Ranges has been completed to see that no damages to other ranges have occurred.
